"I had a very disappointing experience with Ashley Beighly. From the start, communication was unprofessional and frustrating. During our conversation, she repeatedly talked over me and accused me of yelling when I was not. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she told me I should be upset with m y dealership for not towing my car when it broke down. When my husband originally switched insurance, he was told he would have towing and rental coverage similar to his previous policy. However, when we needed assistance, we were informed that towing only applied to accidents and was limited to 10 miles to the nearest repair shop-- not our dealership, where the car is still under warranty. It felt like we were mislead, and our concerns were dismissed. The interaction became even more frustrating when she implied my husband was never given that information, essentially questioning his honesty and integrity. When I expressed that we would consider taking our business elsewhere if we had to continue dealing with her, she abruptly hung up on me. Overall, this was a very unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend working with her based on the level of customer service we received. 0 Stars"
